How Do I Connect To Headset Via POSaBIT?

 

Headset and POSaBIT's integration is a very straightforward API connection. Please contact POSaBIT with either of the two methods listed below. 

1. Reach out to your personal POSaBIT representative or [email protected] and ask that they generate an API Key for Headset for you 

Or 

2. Follow this link to learn how to generate an API key yourself from within POSaBit - https://support.posabit.com/integrations-2/adding-an-integrator-to-a-venue

Step By Step Instructions: 

  • How to Add an Integrator to Your Venue

    1. Log in to the Venues Portal using your venue credentials.
       

    2. From the main menu, go to Settings → Integration Connections (NEW).
       

    3. Locate Headset in the list of available integrators and click Add.
       

    4. On the next screen, enable the following options as applicable:
       

      • Active
         

      • Share Customer PII Data
         

      • Share Employee PII Data
         

    5. Click Save to complete the setup.
       


Once the API key(s) have been obtained, please email the store name, address, and corresponding API key to [email protected]. The Support Team will get your store(s) set up and confirm with you via email when the connection is complete.
