How Do I Connect To Headset Via Cova?
Cova has a two-step process for connecting with Headset.
When requesting an API connection to Headset through COVA, they will ask that you complete a consent form that they will provide to share data with Headset. Once that consent is received, they will send over the API information directly to the Headset Support Team.
Please email [email protected] to make your API Key request for Headset.
When the steps for consent are complete, Cova then sends Headset Support an onboarding package that includes the API Key we need to connect the store(s) signing up.
