How Do I Connect To Headset Via Cova?
Cova has a two-step process for connecting with Headset.
When requesting an API connection to Headset through COVA, they require direct consent from the Retail Operator to share data with any partner, before releasing API information for your connections.
Please email [email protected] to make your API Key request for Headset and provide that consent.
When the steps for consent are complete, Cova then sends Headset Support an onboarding package that includes the API Key we need to connect the store(s) signing up.
