How Do I Connect To Headset Via TechPOS?
Connecting via TechPOS requires an email thread between Headset Support, TechPOS Support, and the Retail Contact.
Please reach out to [email protected] and advise that you wish to connect via TechPOS. From there, Headset's Support team will put the TechPOS support team on the thread.
We will be requesting API credentials be issued for us. The Retail Contact on the thread then provides authorization for that request and the TechPOS team will issue the credentials we need to get the store connected.
