How Do I Connect To Headset Via GlobalTill?
To connect to Headset via GlobalTill, the Retail Contact will generate API Keys for Headset from within the GlobalTill system.
The Retail Contact should follow the below link to view instructions on how to generate this API for the Headset Support Team:

Once the API Key(s) have been generated, please email [email protected] with the store names, addresses, and corresponding API Keys. The Headset Support team will then get to work connecting the stores and getting the account set up. During the API generation process, the Retail Contact may need to also find location IDs for each of the store locations.
