How Do I Connect To Headset Via Alleaves POS?
For third-party integrations like Headset, you’ll need to create login credentials within your system for Headset. This process ensures you retain full control over access levels and permissions.
Here’s what you’ll need to do:

Create the Integration Role First

Go to Cogwheel > Role Management in Alleaves.

Click New to create a role.

Name the role something like "Headset Integration" or "Integration Partner".

Under "Orders" (which lives under the parent category "Sell"), make sure to check View, Create, and Modify. These permissions are required for Headset to retrieve order-level data.

Save the role.

Create the Integration User

Head to Cogwheel > User Management.

Click New to add a user.

Fill out the required fields:

First Name

Last Name
-
Email Address (Feel free to create a custom/fake email such as "headset@*yourstorename*.com" or use [email protected])

Security Role (select the integration role created earlier)

Assign at least one location

Save the user.

When this is complete, please send the following information to [email protected]:
- Username
- Password
- Location ID Number
With that information Headset Support can get your store(s) connected and your account up and running.
