How Do I Connect To Headset Via Alleaves POS?

For third-party integrations like Headset, you’ll need to create login credentials within your system for Headset. This process ensures you retain full control over access levels and permissions.

Here’s what you’ll need to do:
 

1. Create Login Credentials:
   • Navigate to the user management section of the system.
   • Create a new user with a username and password specifically for Headset. (Feel free to use [email protected] for the username)
   • Assign view-only permissions and restrict access to the relevant locations.
      
2. Find the Location ID:
   • Go to the Cogwheel icon > System Data > Locations.
   • Select the location(s) and reference the Location ID number.
      

Once you've gathered the Username, Password and Location ID Number - Please provide that information to [email protected]. We will then get to work connecting your store(s) and setting up your account.
