To set yourself up with Brand intelligence reports, begin by opening the Intelligence Reports section of your menu on the left and click on Brand Beats.
On the Brand Beats dashboard, you can begin setting yourself and your team up with weekly, monthly, and quarterly emails for the brands you want to monitor. You can set these up for any brand in the market, your own or competitors.
To begin - Click on "Create Report".
Select your region (market) and search for the brand you wish to receive intelligence reports for.
Choose the brand and then click "Create".
When you create a Brand Beat email, the default setting is to have the email go out to all users on your account. If you're setting up an email for yourself only or for a specific group of people at the company, you'll want to click on the Recipients tab.
From there, use the toggles to turn the email off for anyone who does not wish to receive a report for this brand.
The Brand Beat emails will arrive weekly on Wednesday's. On the first Wednesday of each month, you will receive a Monthly Brand Beat instead and on the first Wednesday following the close of a quarter, you'll receive a Quarterly Brand Beat.
Removing Brand Beat emails that you no longer need or that are no longer relevant, will have to be done by the individual who set them up. When that user is logged into the system, they will have an "edit" and "delete" option for the Brand Beats they created.
