One of my vendors has sent me an invitation to connect with them via Headset, now what?
1. Login to Headset Retailer
2. Scroll down to the "Manage" section of your navigation menu on the left. Click on "Vendor Invites".
3. From the Vendor Invites dashboard, you will be able to view both your active brand connections and any pending invitations you may still need to respond to. At the top of the report, you will have filtering available to look at individual store locations, or all locations, and a filter for the invitation status. Active means you're connected with that brand now and pending means that they have invited you to connect.
Update the Status filter at the top to "pending" to view all invitations awaiting a response
4. For each pending invitation you see here, there will be three vertical dots on the right hand side. Click on those to view your invitation
Once you are viewing your pending invitation, you will see the Approve or Deny options for this vendor/brand request in the upper right corner of the screen. You will also see a list of vendor/brand entries from your point of sale that the brand is asking to be linked with. Please double check those brand names for accuracy - ensuring the company requesting the access is only being granted access to their own brand information.
If you need to change the status of an active connection, similarly to the pending status, click on the three vertical dots to the right of the active connection you wish to update
Once you are viewing your active connection, you will see an option to "disconnect" the brand in the upper right hand corner
