One of my vendors has sent me an invitation to connect with them via Headset, now what? 

1. Login to Headset Retailer
 

2. Scroll down to the "Manage" section of your navigation menu on the left. Click on "Vendor Invites". 

3. When you have pending invitations, you'll see the vendor's name who's requested access and a check box next to that name. Use the Accept or Deny buttons at the top of the screen to respond to each vendor who has asked to connect with you. 

4. If you have multiple store locations, use the location dropdown at the top to choose specific locations to manage, or "all locations". 



5. Enjoy the benefits of VMI!
