Vendor Invites - Managing Brand Requests to Connect

One of my vendors has sent me an invitation to connect with them via Headset, now what? 

 

1. Login to Headset Retailer
 

 




2. Scroll down to the "Manage" section of your navigation menu on the left. Click on "Vendor Invites". 

 

 


3. From the Vendor Invites dashboard, you will be able to view both your active brand connections and any pending invitations you may still need to respond to. At the top of the report, you will have filtering available to look at individual store locations, or all locations, and a filter for the invitation status. Active means you're connected with that brand now and pending means that they have invited you to connect. 
 

 


 

 

4. If you have invites pending a response, check the box next to the vendor name and your "Accept Bridge Invitation" and "Deny Bridge Inviation" buttons will light up and allow you make a decision about that connection. 




The configuration column here indicates which brand and/or vendor entries they are linked to you in your point of sale. Linking brands to their entries in the point of sale ensures that the product data they are seeing belongs only to their brands.
