Add/Manage Users

Users can be added and/or edited under "Settings > Manage Users"

To add or edit a user:

  1. Click on your initials in the bottom left corner of your Headset Tool and select “Settings”
  2. Click on “Manage Users” in the left pane.
  3. To add a user, click on "Invite User" 
  4. To edit a current user, click on that user's email directly
  5. Hit Apply to save your changes.

 

 

If you do not see the "Invite User" option, you might not have the proper permissions to add/edit users. 

 

*Insights users, please contact your CSM or your Headset Support team to add new users.*
